17/22.- Panama City, public bus

In this picture you can see one of the colorful public buses in Panama City. Owners of the buses spend a lot of money decorating their buses. Unfortunately local authorities are buying new buses. In the near future these old buses will be replaced by brand new ones.

Panama City has a good service of public buses, but tourists should stick to taxis. If you want to take one of the city buses, watch out for pickpockets.
