8/50.- New York, Saint Patrick's Cathedral

Saint Patrick's is a Neo-Gothic Catholic Cathedral designed by James Renwick in the second half of the 19th century. Its white facade and its two spires contrast with the surrounding skyscrapers. It is one of the greatest Gothic cathedrals in the United States and the seat of the Archbishop of New York.
