25/41.- Alexandria, Midan Gomhuiyya

Midan Gomhuiyya is Alexandria's main communication ring. In this square there is the city's main train station: train station Masr, with trains to Cairo and all the other destinations. The city's main bus and taxis station, with buses to Cairo and Aabu Quir. And the city's main telephone office. Several local buses and tramways run along this big square also.

All this traffic does not stop local vendors from putting their stands in the middle of the street, as you can see in the photo.
