This old market has undergone several changes in its long history. In 1860 an iron and glass structure was erected here. It lasted till the 1940's, when a concrete building replaced it. Since 1991, the beautiful structure you see in the picture houses this market. On the first floor you will find the vegetable, fruit, fish and flower stalls. On the second floor are the elegant shops.
