2/43.- Prague Staromestská Radnice S Orlojem

The old Town Hall building was constructed in 1338, when king John of Luxembourg granted the city a royal charter. Soon after the tower was constructed. In the following centuries with the city growth some of the neighboring houses were added to the Town Hall Building. In 1945 the German Nazi troops destroyed a wing built in 1838-1848.
