The Czech Republic is a country in the Center of Europe, bordering with Germany, Slovakia, Austria and Poland.

The major entry airport to the Czech Republic is Ruzyne Airport, located about 10km west from the center of Prague. Other entry cities are Brno, Ostrava, and Karlovy Vary. Other nearby airports are Munich and Vienna. The Czech Republic has also good connections by train with Austria, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Switzerland.

The best way to move around this rather small country is by train and bus.

Prague, the Capital of the Czech Republic. is known as the pearl of Europe for its beauty.

Ceske Budejovice

Ceské Budejovice, in South Bohemia, is also known as Budweis. Ceské Budejovice is famous for its Renaissance and Baroque Buildings, for the biggest square in the Czech Republic and for its local beer, Budvar.

Cesky Krumlov

This castle city in the Southwest of the Czech Republic has preserved its medieval center as no other town in the region. For this reason it entered the UNESCO register of monuments of world significance in 1992.

Brno

The second city in the Czech Republic, in Southern Moravia. Although the city is famous for its trade fairs and for its motorcycling Grand Prix, it is also an interesting tourist destination.
