1/16.- Welcome to Sein!

Hello, and welcome to Sein, a tiny island off the Pointe du Raz, one of the westernmost points of France.  The Pointe du Raz and Sein mark the limit between the Atlantic and the Channel.

The S-shaped island is hardly 2 km long and at some points only a few metres wide. If the isthmus between the two parts of the island had not been protected by a powerful sea wall, Sein would be two islands today.
