11/35.- Avignon, Le Rhone

Behind the 'Petit Palais' and the Cathedral sits a nice garden. From this promenade, the Rocher-des-Doms, there is a nice view of the town and of the Rhone river. When I was here a strong wind blew and the air was exceptionally clear.

We will now go back to the 'Place du Palais' and visit the 'Hôtel des Monnaies' ...
