14/35.- Shangri-La, old town

In the picture you can see a Tibetan restaurant in old Shangri-La.

Although Shangri-La is not as big, and definitely not as authentic as Lijiang, this city deserves a visit.

Most wooden houses have become souvenir shops, cafés or restaurants. Shops sell Tibetan handicrafts, clothes and postcards.
