23/38.- Jiuzhaigou Valley, Huanglong

I recommend extending your visit to the Jiuzhaigou valley one more day, and visiting the Huanglong Site.

To get there you can go by bus or by taxi. The ride will take you one and a half hours.

Huanglong is famous for its colored pools and its streams. The mountain is even higher than Jiuzhaigou. Some visitors experience altitude problems. In the shops on the road you will find altitude pills and air tanks.
