18/44.- Art Institute of Chicago, African Mask

Although much of the museum is devoted to American, Impressionist, and Post-Impressionist works, that's not to say that there isn't a lot of other stuff worth seeing! Indeed, the museum contains an interesting and eclectic collection of works from a variety of cultures and time periods. There are galleries devoted to Asian Art, African Art, Amerindian Art, Arms & Armor, Ancient (Greek & Egyptian) Art, Renaissance Painting, Photography, and more.
