To move around Panama City the best option are the public taxis. Some taxis are not metered, their drivers charge a fixed price for rides inside the town. Ask your hotel for prices. Most of the time you will be given a fair price, but some taxi drivers charge foreigners more. Ask the price of the ride before getting in the taxi, just in case.
