The weather in Ocho Rios is almost perfect all year round. In summer temperatures are somewhat higher, but seasonal differences are low. Although it is not as rainy as Port Antonio, rains are not uncommon.

If you are planning a travel to Ocho Rios, pack light. You just needs some T-shirts, some shirts, a pair of pants and bermuda shorts. What you do have to bring is a strong tan protection and insect repellent. You do not need any vaccine to come to Jamaica. Tap water can be drunk, but it is better to drink only bottled water.
