Next to the Palácio Lauro Sodré is the Palácio Antônio Lemos or the MABE-Museu de Arte de Belém, in the picture.

In this museum we find historical works of art and objects. The oldest pieces are from the 18th century.

Another must-see museum in Belem is the Museu de Arta Sacra, with religious works.
