36/50.- Red Sea, scuba diving, scorpionfish
This is another bad boy of the coral reefs: the scorpionfish. This fish belongs to the scorpaena genus. They use the camuflage to
be almost invisible to preys and enemies. Their skin resembles algae
and sponges.
Scoprion fishes are Among the most dangerous
and poisonous fishes in te Red Sea. They have several dorsal
spines with venom glands. In general, scorpionfish stings are not
as painful as lionfish, although there are a few species whose venom
can induce almost the same degree of suffering.
