19/26.- Pyramids tour, Saqqara, other pyramids

In this photo you can see three more pyramids in the Saqqara area. Unfortunately tourists can not get inside any of them.

If you ever come here and have some time left, you should go to Memphis, the former capital of Egypt. Not much remains today of the gardens, buildings and temples of this old capital, but there is an interesting museum where you can see the famous statue of Ramses II. The best way to visit this city is with an organized tour, you can also get there by taxi.
