41/50.- Luxor, Hatshepsut temple 2

The location of this temple is really impressing. The temple was discovered in the middle of the 19th century, and it was not completely excavated till 1896. Archeologists are still working here.

Some unfortunate works carried out by European archeologists (itAlians I think) to recover the original layout, gave a brand new look to the temple. Too new for my taste. I had the impression of visiting a fake Egyptian temple in las vegas.
