In most of the museums and temples in Egypt you have to pay for an extra fee if you want to take photos. The Cairo tower is not an exception. It is definitely a money well spent. The views from here are exceptional!

Photography tickets are usually cheap. But if you want to take your video camera with you, you will have to pay very expensive fares. You'd better leave your video camera at the hotel when visiting the temples and museums. In the Cairo tower the video camera ticket is 15 times the price of the photo camera one!
