Another recommended visit in Aswan is the Nubian museum. Although it is a small museum, you will find pieces there that can not be found anywhere else. It was inaugurated in 1997. It shows 4500 years of Nubian history.

In the museum you will find more than three thousands pieces, representing various ages. Including the statute of ramsis II and four nobles' mummies. There is also a model of a Nubian house.

You will find this museum in front of the basma hotel, 10 minutes from the Egyptair office.
