Companies from China, Valencia, South America, Italy, and many other countries take part in the contest. Spectators can send an SMS message with their cell phones and choose the winner of the Festival. Some minutes before each show the speaker reads the instructions in several languages.
The best place to see the shows is on Blanes main beach. Bring a towel or a blanket. If you want to take pictures, you will need a camera that allows you to change the exposure time. Turn off the flash, wait, and finally, click. If you are lucky you will have a beautiful snapshot to bring home.
