Hofbräuhaus along Pfisterstrasse, and then turning right on Hofgraben Street, we will get to Max-Joseph Platz. In the center of this square we find a statue of Max I Joseph, a Bavarian king who proclaimed the first German constitution back in 1818.
In Max-Joseph Platz there are two buildings worth mentioning, the Residenztheater and the Nationaltheater.
