The House Reef is an easy dive apt for any certified diver. Although I do not consider this one of the top dive sites in Malapascua, it still deserves a visit. Among other animals, you will see many nudibranchs.
Other dive sites South of Malapascua worth visiting are Dakit-Dakit and Chocolate Island.
