30 miles north of the city of Kochi is the Kodanad Elephant Training Center. Travel agencies in Fort Kochi organize tours to the center. If you get there before 8 am, you will see the morning bath, a thrilling experience. If you want, for an extra fee, you can ride one of the elephants.
