16/25.- Montserrat, view of the sanctuary

On the following pages I will share some photos I shot after taking the "Funicular de Sant Joan". As you can see the landscapes are just wonderful.

In this photo you can see a beautiful view of the Monastery. The basilica was built in 1592. It had to be reconstructed after the Napoleonic invasion. And it was reconstructed again in the 19th century and in 1939.
