10.- Glasgow, Charing Cross


Make your way back to Queen Street Station. Lunch anyone? Just outside the station is the Counting House, a smashing place to eat and to peek out the window at George Square. Fish and chips, liver and onions - yum yum. By the way, there's a special toilet for the elderly here, saves them the long walk to the regular restroom. Afterwards, if you like to walk go for a LONG walk to the West End, or take a bus. Either way, you'll go by Charing Cross.
