40/43.- Florence, Piazzale
Michelangelo, Palazzo Vecchio view
In this picture you have a view of the
Palazzo Vecchio, in Piazza della Signoria, the heart of Florence, from Piazzale Michelangelo.
Leonardo da Vinci is an immortal artist of the Renaissance, born in Vinci (what a coincidence, isnt it?). He spent the major part of his life in Milan, and he died in Amboise (France) in 1519. He began his career here in Florence, as a Verrocchio pupil. In Florence he met the other genius of his time: Michelangelo.
