In this market we can see some of the ingredients that made famous the Mediterranean Cuisine. This old traditional cuisine was not very fashionable some years ago. Nowadays it is admired worldwide, since doctors say it is one of the healthiest cuisines in the world (and one of the richest, I’d add). Cooking materials in Italy are simple: tomatoes, vegetables, fresh fruit.
