31/43.- Florence, Piazza San Lorenzo

We are now in 'Piazza San Lorenzo', not far from where we began the tour (the 'Piazza Duomo'). This Renaissance Church was designed by Brunelleschi. Its biggest interest is the 'Capelle Medicee' (The Medici Chapels), where some members of this family are buried.

Now we will go inside the fruits and vegetable market in front of the church, and later take another look at some of these souvenir shops ...
