2/36.- Cordoba, Mosque/Cathedral Entrance

First, we will visit the famous Mosque. The "Mezquita de Cordoba" was begun in 784 by Abd al-Rahman I, over the old Christian basilica of San Vicente. In the 10th century, after several extensions, it became the largest mosque in the world.
