16/38.- Budapest, Royal Palace

That’s the Buda Royal Palace. The Hapsburg monarchs actually never lived here, they only stayed here when they visited Buda. The Palace was almost completely destroyed in the Second World War, and during its restoration parts of the original medieval palace were discovered.
