29/39.- Brno, the Augustinian Monastery and the Church of St. Thomas

Here you can see a typical Brno Tramway and the Augustinian Monastery, at the right. The monastery was founded in 1350 by the Moravian Margrave John Henry, the brother of the emperor Charles IV. The Cathedral building was constructed between 1665 and 1675.
