Welcome to Bratislava! Bratislava is the capital of the Slovak Republic, a new State, fruit of the division of the former Czechoslovak Republic. Since then, Bratislava has been the business, cultural and political center of this nation in the center of Europe. The city of Bratislava is located on the foothills of the Little Carpathians, on the South-West of Slovakia, close to the border with Hungary and Austria.
