5/43.- Braga, "Camara Municipal"

The Town Hall is a 18th century construction. It is considered one of the most interesting Baroque buildings in the peninsula. It is a work of Andre Soares. Over the main doorway is the image of "Nossa Senhora do Livramento" (A Madonna).

In front of the building you can see the "Fonte do Pelicano", an 18th century piece, transferred here from the gardens of the Archbishop’s Palace (our next visit).
