50/50.- Barcelona, Carretera de les Aigues
This photo was taken from the "Carretera de les Aigües",
on the Tibidabo Hill. Many "Barcelonins" come here to jog. From
here you have one of the best landscape views of the city. If
you want an even better view, you can go to the Tibidabo recreation
park (at our back). Another place that has spectacular views,
is the Montjuic mountain.
In the picture you see the "Eixample", the center of Barcelona
where all the streets follow a grid pattern. This district's
pattern was designed by Cerdà at the beginning of the
20th Century, when Barcelona needed more space.
