21/48.-Northeast Vietnam, rice fields

Although this is supposed to be a communist country where wealth is distributed among its inhabitants, this is currently not the case. A few people, most of them with relatives in the government, are making a lot of money. Meanwhile, most of the population in Vietnam can only survive with the money they earn. I did not see misery, though. Vietnamese are hard working people.
