While walking in the streets of Hanoi you will be surprised by scenes like the one in the picture. A chair, a mirror, scissors and a blade, are the only things this barber needs. The chair was in the middle of the sidewalk.

The best seasons to visit Hanoi are Spring and Fall. Summer should be avoided, because it can be very hot. Winters are mild, but the city becomes gray an dull. When the good weather comes, Vietnamese flood the streets. This is the time to come.
