9/50.- Tokyo, Tokyo Tower

Tokyo Tower is one of the city's main attractions. This Eiffel tower imitation has been a symbol of Japan's power since its inauguration in 1958.

For a fee visitors can ascend to the top observatory, from where there is a nice view of the city. On clear days, Mount Fuji is visible from here.

Next to the Tokyo Tower is the Zojoji temple.
