2/50.- Tokyo, Shinjiku

The city of Tokyo has many centers, each one with its unique atmosphere. The city is divided in 23 wards. One of them is Shinjuku. This is a pretty busy district, home of Shinjuku Station, Tokyo's biggest station.

Shinjuku is an entertainment, business and shopping area. In Shinjuku you find the Skyscrapers District, with Tokyo's tallest buildings, where the Metropolitan Government Office sits and some top scale hotels; and Kabukicho District, Tokyo's Red Light district, with departments stores and electronic malls.
