Ginza's is Tokyo's top upscale shopping district. It is here that you will find almost all major international fashion boutiques, among department stores, chic restaurants and night clubs.

Ginza should be visited on a weekend, when the main street, Chuo Dori, becomes a pedestrian street.

The area is famous for its Sony Building, where this company displays its latest gadgets; the Kabukiza Theater, where Kabuki is performed; and the Mitsukoshi, Mitsukoshi and the Matsuya department stores.
