In the picture you have a night shot of the Drum Tower. Xian does not have a party scene. The night action is mostly limited to local Karaokes, where foreigners have not much to do.

Other night possibilities are going to a Tang Dynasty Dinner Show, strolling in the Big Wild Pagoda North Square, and having a drink in one of the bars in the Bell Tower area.
