10/40.- Xian, Mount Lishan, Chaoyuange Temple, roof detail

Some may argue that these temples are too new to be worth visiting, but I disagree. I really enjoyed them. As you can see, in this detailed view of one of the roofs, the painting is almost fresh.

It is sad that the temples are not in their original form, but at least you get to see how they looked when they were originally constructed.
