39/43.- Shanghai, the Bund, Customs House

We are back at the Bund waterfront, with its old colonial buildings.

Among the many architectural marvels of the International Settlement of the Bund, there is the Customs House. This building, also known as Jiang Hai Guan, was completed in 1927. The 8-storey building still holds the local river customs house.
