31/37.- Litang Horse Festival, showing off

Prices in Litang are low. Tourism is still scarce in the region. Visitors pay local prices most of the time. You do not have to pay any fee to attend the Festival. The only money you will spend will be on souvenirs, food and games. Yes, next to the food stalls you will see games Tibetans play. One of them consisted of throwing a tire and trying to hit your prize. Other games played involved darts or cards.
