13/37.- Litang Horse Festival, Kham kids

In the picture you can see the kids who were taking part in the first day parade. Their colorful clothes and the jewels attracted my attention.

The recommended stay in Litang is two or three days. But note that you will need at least one week free in order to visit the festival, because it takes a couple of days to get here, and two or three days more to get back.
