7/37.- Litang Horse Festival, Tibetan Kham

It is possible to get to Litang on public buses, but it is not easy. You have to change buses several times. The roads are winding and somewhat bumpy. For this reason I recommend traveling in the region on a four-wheel drive vehicle.

Local nomads and monks come to the festival to enjoy a few days of celebrations.
