24/41.- Lijiang, old town, Lion Hill Pagoda

At the top of Lion Hill there is a nice new pagoda. The building itself is nothing extraordinary, but the views form its top floor are. On the top floor there is also a small souvenir shop, with tourist information available. To enter the garden and visit the pagoda, you have to pay for an entrance ticket. The place closes before sunset.

On the way to the hill, you will find many cafes, with nice views of the town. Drinks are expensive, but it is worth paying a little bit more to enjoy the sights.
