12/41.- Lijiang, old town, Donkey Friends Public House

Lijiang is a romantic destination, perfect for visiting with your loved one. A popular activity among lovers is lighting a candle, and letting the stream of the main canal bring it down the river.

In the picture you can see one of the most beautiful houses in the old town. It is the Donkey Friends Public House, next to the Market Square.

At the bottom of the picture you can see some of the candles going down the stream. Crossing the stone bridge in the picture, and walking up the street, you get to an alley with many restaurants.
