3/41.- Lijiang, Naxi Museum

The Naxi are one of the 56 national minorities in China. Naxi people live in the foothills of the Himalayas, in Yunnan and Sichuan provinces.

One of the distinctive traits of the Naxi culture is that this is a matriarchal society. Naxi people have their own language, religion and script.
