13/38.- Jiuzhaigou Valley, Golden Bell Lake

In this picture you see how crystal clear the water in the lakes is. The water is so transparent that you can see the logs, even when they are several feet down!

Jiuzhaigou Valley is currently one of the favorite destinations among Chinese tourists. Latest statistics say that 20,000 people visit this park on average every day. The success of the park may lead local authorities to limit the number of daily visitors someday. On the days I visited the park, in August, some areas were overcrowded.
