8/38.- Jiuzhaigou Valley, Premival Forest

Private coaches and cars are not allowed inside the Jiuzhaigou Valley, even bicycles are not allowed. The only way to visit the park is on foot or on the green buses.

Most of the buses have a guide that will introduce the scenic spots. Unluckily for foreigners, most of them only speak Chinese. If you do not understand this language, you may have some problems during your visit.

In some cases fellow visitors may be more helpful than the official guides. Do not hesitate to ask the Chinese tourists, they will be more than happy to practice their English.
